Hello gals!
We totally understand —sometimes, things just don’t work out like you had planned! Maybe your item didn't fit quite right, the color was off, or you just didn't love it like you had hoped! We’re happy to offer returns for store credit only within 14 days of receiving your order—we just have a few guidelines:
🛍️ To be eligible for a full refund:

Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and scent-free (that means no perfume, smoke, or anything that may compromise the integrity of the item).

Keep it pet-hair free—as much as we love furry friends, we can’t take back items that are not in like-new condition.

All tags must be attached—we love when you try on your new look, but if the tag is missing, it will not be eligible for returns. Be sure you love it before snipping them off!

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer covers return shipping, or if you're local, feel free to drop off your return in person during our normal business hours.

If your item arrived defective (oops, our bad!), contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We’ll need to inspect the item/collect photographs before approving the return. Please note, once an item has been worn, washed, or altered, we’re unable to take responsibility for any damage. After purchase, customers assume responsibility for following the care instructions listed on the tag and/or fabric content. If you’re ever unsure how to wash or care for an item, please reach out to us before washing — we’re always happy to help ensure your new pieces stay in perfect condition!
- For in-store pickup orders, the 14 day period starts from when you receive your 'ready for pickup' email.
- For shipped orders, the 14 day period starts when the carrier shows the package as delivered.

But what about the holiday season?! For the Christmas season only, we offer an extension to return until January 15th for purchases made from November 1-December 25th!
